Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Pro Medica Physician office setting, you will support best practices and protocols for value‑based care. You will perform specialized tests, gather baseline data from the patient and document reasons for the visit. You will provide a safe patient experience while demonstrating your clinical knowledge. The LPN will efficiently utilize practice resources such as medical supplies, office supplies, and time management.

- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a recognized License Practical Nurse (LPN) program at an accredited college or university
- Current active state LPN license
- BLS and CPR certification
