Salary and Compensation

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage for the location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the back‑room. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
