Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs are met within the zone;
Coordinate staffing and scheduling to unload/prepare merchandise for the sales floor and drive associate productivity;
Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed
