• Assist with mechanical tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Work directly around aircraft, helping with basic repairs, inspections, and shop support
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, adjustments, and basic assembly work
• Learn diagnostic skills to identify issues and support troubleshooting
• Support shop operations including organization, cleaning, and equipment prep
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Document work completed as part of your training and development

• Mechanically inclined — you enjoy taking things apart, fixing, building, or working with tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn every day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

No prior aviation experience required. No certifications required.

• Starting pay at $22/hr, with higher rates available based on experience
