Trillium Construction is currently hiring Structural Foreman for industrial work in Defiance Ohio!

Structural Foreman needed for new construction industrial project scheduled for 1+ year. Current schedule is Monday-Friday 10 hours per day, with additional overtime as production requires. Pay starts at $35.00/hr. + DOE. Per-diem is available for qualified travelers and is paid at $115.00/days worked with a daily minimum work requirement.

- 10+ years' experience working in industrial settings with focus in both welded & bolt-up structural steel, the ability understand drawings and specifications such as: engineering, erection, cut sheets & decking.

- Should have previous experience managing materials, tools, and managing a crew up to 10.

- Verifiable references & work history

- Ability to pass required weld test

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
