Job Description & How to Apply Below

A Regional Gig That Actually Pays for the Effort.

Here's the opportunity for drivers who want consistent regional freight and a paycheck that reflects what they put in. You're running dedicated lanes through the Midwest with modern equipment, regular home time, and compensation that scales with performance.

The Pay — Real Numbers.
  • Average weekly: $1,600–$1,800
  • Top earners hit $2,200+ per week
  • Annual potential: $115K+
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus to get you started
How the Extras Add Up.

Beyond the base rate, there are a few things that make this one stand out:

  • $325 per unload — that's a solid hit every time you drop freight
  • $30 for backhauls — even your return trips earn
  • Dedicated regional freight means no chasing loads or gambling on the spot market
Your Route & Weekly Flow.

You'll cover dedicated regional lanes throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin — a solid, predictable footprint.

  • About 3 loads per week with 3–5 stops per route
  • Average 1,110 miles weekly — a manageable pace
  • Early morning deliveries paired with overnight driving — just part of the regional rhythm
Home Time That Makes Sense.

You'll get home 3 to 4 times a week
, with most drivers pulling a 10-hour break at home every other day.

Night driving is part of the schedule, and you'll need to be available for weekends and whatever days the freight demands — but with this level of pay, the trade-off tends to work out.

Training & Equipment.

You're not getting thrown in cold. There's a paid ride-along training period at $150/day so you can get familiar with the routine before going solo.

And you'll be rolling in late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths — reliable, well-maintained equipment that makes the miles easier.

What We're Looking For.

The standards are straightforward — we maintain them because we pay accordingly.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Comfortable with driver unloads — you'll be active on this job
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions
  • Secure parking for truck and trailer during home time
  • Bring two weeks of supplies to orientation — just to be fully set up from day one
  • Clean MVR and clean background
  • Good customer service skills — you're representing the company on the road
  • Not SAP friendly
Benefits After 60 Days.

Once you're through the first 60 days, you're eligible for medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) — plus paid vacation and 24/7 driver support when you need it.

If This Sounds Like the Right Fit.

We're not here to oversell it. This is a solid regional job with good equipment, consistent freight, and pay that rewards the work. If it fits what you're looking for, give us a call.
