Patient Care Coordinator; Dual

DeForest Dental and Thousand Oaks Dentistry are currently looking for a bright and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our amazing teams in a dual-location role!

Both offices are patient-focused, with an emphasis on providing five-star service. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside two fantastic teams with welcoming, supportive cultures.

This position requires the individual to be flexible with the needs of the practice, working an average of 36-38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. The candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

• $19/hr - $22/hr
• Based on experience

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Deforest Dental)
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Deforest Dental)
• Wednesday: 7:30 - 4:30 PM (Thousand Oaks Dentistry)

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and all front desk duties
• Understand and navigate patients' dental insurance
• Collect and document patient's charges and payments
• Strive for excellent customer service within the organization
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
• Thrive in a multitasking, high-paced, dynamic environment
• The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
