Project Engineer will play a key role in designing and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance. This position leads engineering projects from concept through implementation, supports new product launches, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. What You Will Do
  • Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and equipment, enhancing safety, quality, efficiency, and production output
  • Manage capital projects, including the design, development, procurement, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling to support new product introductions and production readiness
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead engineering projects from concept through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, standards, and work instructions
What You Will Need to Be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, 3+ years of engineering experience leading manufacturing design and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
