2nd Shift Production Operator - Shift Differential

Menasha Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare extrusion machinery for operation by loading raw materials and adjusting equipment settings based on product specifications;
Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic according to established standards and guidelines;
Monitor the extrusion process closely, making real-time adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency;
Conduct regular quality checks on products being produced to ensure they meet required specifications and standards;
Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions that may arise during the production process to minimize downtime
