Position:
Material Handler (4 on 4 off; 12‑hour shifts, 6pm‑6am)
Location:
DeForest, WI
Wage: $29.38/hour

What you’ll be doing :- Operate forklift during routine performance of duties.
- Unload, receive, inspect, and stage raw materials, scrap dunnage, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.
- Remove finished products from the production areas ensuring proper identification, banding, and labeling to meet customer specifications.
- Replenish supplies in assigned areas.
- Review warehouse production control schedule to determine duties for shipping and receiving.
- Ensure finished goods are properly documented for shipment.
- Stage and load finished goods and materials in accordance with warehouse production control schedule.
- Lift up to 50lbs. occasionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support and follow the guidelines of the food safety system.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- You have previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are safety oriented.
- You are familiar with rules and regulations for handling LP gas tanks.
- You are familiar WITH the use of banders, stretch wrappers, and other packaging processes.
- You are able to work the assigned schedule and overtime as required.
