About the Opportunity

Lead all maintenance processes and operations throughout the facility, ensuring safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed.

Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities for plant equipment and facility.

Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies; communicate purchase needs.

Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and document in EAM.

Identify and execute training opportunities for maintenance and production teams.

Interact with service vendors.

Serve as Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance.

Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.

Actively participate, support and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities.

Provide input on performance reviews.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Measures and Outcomes

Safety metrics.
Unplanned downtime.
PM completion.

Education & Certification

High school diploma or equivalent.
2‑year technical degree, preferably in Industrial Maintenance.

Desired Work Experience

1–3years of relevant experience in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical maintenance.
1–3years of leadership experience.
3–5years of experience in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment.

Hours

Flexible: 4 10‑hour weeks (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri) or 8‑hour week (Mon–Fri) or 12‑hour week (two‑day shifts).
