Warehouse Associate

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Warehouse Associate to join a fast paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping materials while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Various shifts available

• Unload incoming shipments and accurately receive merchandise by matching bills of lading to purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load delivery vehicles in an organized and efficient manner.
• Process shipping requests, customer orders, and internal requisitions with strong attention to detail.
• Move and organize inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper routing.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and customers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English regarding job responsibilities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
