Salary Range: $24.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Fortune Fulfillment is a growing fulfillment operation that is seeking qualified, dedicated applicants to add to our team.

Full-time hours through December 2026 (schedule changes, including weekends, required for November and December). 1st and 3rd shifts available.

This position is in a frozen environment; average temperature is
-8 to 10F. Operators are assigned freezer gear, an order picker, and a personal wearable computer. The personal computer is loaded with a voice-directed program that will guide you through the freezer from location to location as you fill totes with single-unit items.

Fortune Wisconsin’s fulfillment is a leader in the frozen fulfillment industry, providing direct-to-consumer services to local and national clients since 1979.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pick orders with a personal computer
• Confirm waves are complete
• Aid others in necessary tasks

Qualifications and Skills

• Operate an order picker with skill and knowledge of the machine
• Demonstrates excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety and attendance
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Demonstrate positive work attitude
• Attention to detail
• Repeatedly bend and lift more than 50lbs with ease
• Safety oriented
• Good communication/understanding English
