Description:
Debutantes School of Beauty is dedicated to blending technical skill with creativity, offering a learning environment where aspiring beauty professionals are guided by experienced and passionate educators. The school emphasizes a collaborative approach to education, encouraging learners to grow in both confidence and competence. A full-service student salon, closely supervised by licensed instructors, provides extensive hands‑on training and real-world client experience.
This commitment to practical learning and mentorship supports students in building strong foundations for successful careers in the beauty industry.
At Debutantes, we don't want students learning from a textbook alone. We want them learning from people who are living it every day and who value being part of a team. People who love creating, love learning, and love helping others find confidence in themselves and their careers.
Role DescriptionWe're looking for educators who as part of a team are comfortable engaging in healthy discussion, open to new ideas, and excited to collaborate with colleagues whose approaches may differ from their own. If you see value in diverse perspectives and enjoy growing alongside other professionals, you'll fit right in. We intentionally seek educators with different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints because we believe our students benefit when they learn from a variety of perspectives.
For us, this is the essence of Different on Purpose.
