Systems Engineer, Software Engineer
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Together with customer counterparts, you’ll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex issues beyond simple “turn it off and on again” fixes.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or greater
- A history of academic excellence or professional success
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID‑19 vaccination
