Provide Speech-Language Pathology services at an assisted living facility in Meridian and a nursing home in Dekalb. The position is full-time, 30-40 hours per week. Collaborate with the Rehab Therapy TEAM to support patient outcomes and care plans. Meet scheduled productivity and documentation requirements as applicable.

• Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice
• Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
• Passing score on National Board Examination in Speech Language Pathology
• Completed Clinical Fellowship year with nine (9) months of professional experience under supervision while employed as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Must possess excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
