DEMI Healthcare Partners is placing APPs (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) in full-time/part-time opportunities in our Emergency Department and Convenient Care in DeKalb and Sycamore, IL (30 mi. west of Naperville/60 mi. west of Chicago/70 mi. south of Rockford).

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play an integral role in our care teams, delivering high-quality care to our patients. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated new graduates.

• EMR: EPIC with Dragon
• On-site x-ray, ultrasound, and lab services
• CAT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine w/radiology reports- available 24/7
• Social Services/Psychiatric evaluation on-call for ED patient disposition
• Hospitalist program presently working in concert with ED
• Established referral patterns
• Neonatologists on site 24/7, Intensivists available 24/7, Anesthesia in house 24/7, multidisciplinary specialties include IR, Cath Lab 24/7, ENT, GI, Hem-Onc, Podiatry, Derm, Ophthalmology, others.

• Certifications:
  
  BLS & Advanced Life Support Certifications, if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP):
• IL License (active): RN & APN
• Degree: MSN, DNP, or post-master certificate with a nurse practitioner specialization
• Board-Certified
• Physician Assistant (PA):
• IL license (active): PA
• Degree:
  Physician Assistant in Medicine
• Board-Certified

• Shifts:
  
  10- or 12-hour
• 22 Hours of APP Coverage
