General Laborer

Augment Human Resource Services is hiring a General Laborer to support day‑to‑day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.

You will be placed on‑site at one of our national clients, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and operations area.

$21.00/hr – $21.00/hr

As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.

• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
