Tool Cycle Counter

Cycle counts inventory, performs data entry.

  • Accurate data entry skills a must.
  • Resolves inventory discrepancies.
  • Performs cycle counts
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or

Experience:
  • H.S. Diploma a must plus equivalent work experience.
  • Basic inventory concepts
  • 1-2 years working in inventory control environment preferred.
Language

Skills:
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • Has regular contact with departments, employees and managers at all levels of the internal organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely.
Mathematical

Skills:

Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Demonstrate problem solving ability.

Reasoning Ability:

Think in a logical way to solve problems and come to a conclusion. Decision making ability is a must.

Computer

Skills:

High proficiency with computers skills, including Excel and Word. Understanding of MRP / ERP systems. Ability to learn D365 system

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee works in the office of a manufacturing plant environment with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards associated with working in a high traffic, heavy machinery, manufacturing plant. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM (may vary by area in department).

Job requires overtime. Work hours may change at Management's discretion with prior notice.
