This position is for a per diem / PRN Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health, providing skilled nursing care across Dekalb, LaSalle, and Grundy counties. The role involves delivering quality patient care on an ongoing basis with flexible scheduling and up to seven visits initially.

Estimated up to 7 visits to start while the caseload grows. Will cover Dekalb, LaSalle and Grundy counties.
Requirements- Qualified applicants MUST be a graduate of an accredited RN program.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
