Health Drive seeks a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs of skilled nursing residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units.
The APRN will conduct exams, interpret labs, diagnose conditions, and work with administrators and staff as a primary contact for emergencies and regular visits. A 3-week paid training program with mentorship is provided and there are strong benefits including malpractice coverage.
