We are seeking a results‑driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high‑impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Pay range: $55 to $60/hour on W2 as per your experience. Contract Length: 8 months with possibility of extension.

• Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on‑time execution.
• Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results.
• Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS).

• Required: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results.
• Hands‑on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms.
• Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
