We are seeking a results‑driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high‑impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Additional DetailsPay range: $55 to $60/hour on W2 as per your experience. Contract Length: 8 months with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on‑time execution.
- Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow.
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results.
- Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS).
- Required: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results.
- Hands‑on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms.
- Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
