Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time at Store 0415‑Oakland Place Shp Ctr-maurices‑Dekalb, IL 60115. This evergreen requisition builds a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers. You will develop leadership skills, act as a sales lead, interact with customers, strategize to achieve sales goals, and as a key holder, efficiently execute maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

• 1 year of customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Hourly: $17.94 – $19.50 (pay varies by qualifications, experience, skill level, and location). Eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
