Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, ovens, washers, and dryers.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Work independently and manage your schedule effectively to meet customer needs.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.

Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.
