Senior Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting transportation and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Execute product transportation efficiently and effectively by leveraging available tools and processes to surpass service expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including customer service, carriers, facilities, and deployment, while maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication (in‑person, phone, email, meetings, etc.).
• Demonstrate initiative and make informed decisions independently, considering customer needs, facility requirements, and carrier capacity, while escalating issues as necessary.
• Support the Operational Master Plan, Continuous Excellence Initiatives, and Continuous Process Improvement efforts.
• Address and resolve conflicts and discrepancies in a positive, professional, and timely manner.

• Experience in transportation load planning and order management prior to shipment.
• Strong analytical skills to manage planning anomalies and analyze non‑routine problems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate data and schedules.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement in transportation and supply chain practices.
