Warehouse Forklift Operator

Position Description

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player and able to work in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance record
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Initiative and high level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Work using health and safety methods
• Available to work on a flexible schedule across various work shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and contract requirements
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, totes induce, and stage products and load/unload trucks
• Maintain day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Carry out other duties as assigned
