Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM | Monday-Friday

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, transport, and stage freight throughout the warehouse.
• Perform cross-dock operations by transferring inbound freight to designated outbound locations while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Break down, sort, organize, and stage freight shipments according to customer, destination, and warehouse requirements.
• Assist with receiving activities, including unloading shipments, verifying freight, inspecting for damage, and documenting discrepancies.
• Handle large, heavy, and oversized "big box" freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Perform a combination of forklift operation, material handling, freight sorting, and receiving duties as needed; the position will not involve forklift operation exclusively throughout the shift.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Cross-train in receiving and other warehouse functions to support operational needs.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of sit-down forklift experience and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse setting.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
