Experienced Yard Spotter/Jockey Driver wanted for a Night Shift job opportunity in Dekalb, IL. You will enjoy a set schedule in a safe and stable warehouse environment, driving in the yard only. Over-time paid for any hours worked over 40 per week. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
Starting pay: $17.75 per hour with eligibility for a raise following a successful 90-day probationary.

• Move trailers, safely and efficiently, to support warehouse and distribution needs by placing and pulling trailers between dock doors
• Professionally interface with the customer, local management team, and on-site vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain a Safety-First attitude

• One year, recent, verifiable, spotting/yard driving experience OR one year, recent, verifiable, Class A CDL driving experience
• Be at least 23 years of age
• Have prior experience as a yard spotter, exhibiting the following:
  • Good Safety Record
  • Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day
  • Good backing skills
  • Ability to operate in extreme heat and cold, depending on elements
  • Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Not have any DUI/DWI, Careless/Reckless driving citations, or revoked/suspended license in the past 5 years
• Not have more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
• Exhibit an on-site driving skills assessment test (current 3-Year MVR required to be supplied at interview)
• Pass a complete DOT physical, if CDL qualified, and a pre-employment drug screen
