Forklift Warehouse Operator

Position Description

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour for E shift
• Schedule:
  
  E Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:15 PM – 1:45 AM)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum one year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance record
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision and high initiative
• Demonstrates high accuracy even under pressure
• Can lift, push or pull up to 35 lbs
• Can stand for long periods
• Uses health and safety methods
• Available for flexible schedules on various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Maintain performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induce, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned
