Operations General Manager

Multi-Site Operations Leader | Full-Time | 100% onsite based in DeKalb, IL

B&C Logistics Logistics is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee two warehouse facilities while building the leadership structure, operating systems, and processes needed to support our next stage of growth.

This is a newly created leadership role with significant ownership. You'll lead Operations and Department Managers, strengthen accountability across both facilities, and help create a scalable operation capable of supporting continued expansion.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing long-term strategy and spending time on the warehouse floor solving real operational challenges.

• Lead day-to-day operations across two warehouse locations
• Develop and coach Operations and Department Managers
• Standardize processes, KPIs, and operating procedures
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels
• Build accountability through scorecards, operating rhythms, and leadership routines
• Drive continuous improvement across labor, workflow, space utilization, and operational performance
• Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure exceptional client service
• Help prepare the business for future growth, new customers, and increased capacity

• 5+ years leading warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• 1+ year of 3PL experience
• 3+ years managing leaders or department managers
• Experience overseeing multi-site warehouse operations
• Strong background in labor planning, inventory, fulfillment, safety, quality, and operational metrics
• Proven ability to build processes, develop leaders, and improve performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Food-grade, CPG, or regulated warehouse experience
• Experience with WMS and labor management systems
• $100,000-$110,000K+ DOE
