The Construction Manager Trainee assists in the supervision, coordination, and management of all assigned residential construction.

• Prepare and maintain job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in addressing service-related issues.
• Daily interaction with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must possess organization skills (keeping current daily schedules, maintaining timely & accurate flow of paperwork).
• Must possess excellent time management & interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient with new technology such as iPads (including experience with programs like MS Office, Build Pro, etc.).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License & auto insurance with a good driving record.
• Prior experience/knowledge of construction & building code practices & procedures a plus!
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints a plus!
