We're looking for a self‑motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This person has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and great attention to detail. Other desirable traits include good written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, being a team player, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. This role is the A/R front line in ensuring excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers of Locke Supply.
Responsibilities- Payment Processing
- Credit Management
- Inbound call center
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Resolves problems according to the company policy
- Inbound and outbound phone calls.

Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service/Call center experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with well‑developed organizational skills and ability to utilize time efficiently.
- Ability to respond with flexibility to changing department needs.
- Must work well with others in a team environment.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
