Water Infrastructure Team Leader

Garver is seeking a Water Infrastructure Team Leader to build and maintain a portfolio of profitable water, wastewater and reuse projects that includes studies, planning, design, and implementation of transport infrastructure.

• Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage infrastructure
• Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains
• Pipelines condition assessment and rehabilitation
• Master planning and conceptual evaluations of water, wastewater, and reuse systems

• Team leadership: develop, mentor, and oversee a highly motivated team
• Project management: prepare scope‑of‑work, level‑of‑effort estimates, and manage contract execution within budget and schedule
• Water/Wastewater delivery: manage planning, design, bidding, and construction administration phases of infrastructure projects
• Business development: capture and maintain workload nationwide through client relationships
• Client service management: develop and maintain a healthy network of clients throughout Oklahoma

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months of hire
• At least five years of experience in the water/wastewater utilities market

• Passionate about client service and the water industry
• Strong work ethic and strong communication skills
• Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Experience with technical conference presentations on water/wastewater treatment topics
