• Review of all applicable regulations for loans
• Review of Banc First loan policy and procedures for loans
• Review of collateral perfection requirements for loans
• Review all loans for proper authority
• Identify and track technical exceptions on loans
• Identify and track insurance coverage on loans
• Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

• High School Graduate or High School equivalency
• 1- 2 years loan operations/loan documentation experience preferred
• Decision Pro Software experience/knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of loan documentation
• Knowledge of loan policy and procedures
• Knowledge of real estate transactions
• Knowledge of loan related regulations
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Detail oriented
• Critical thinking skills
• Must work well under stress and deadlines
• Must be able to multi-task
• Daily attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
• Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
