Facility Maintenance & Operations- Lead and oversee all in-house maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair activities across facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, fire/security systems, generators, access control, and related infrastructure
- Support facility construction projects, renovations, and improvements
- Maintain accurate digital records for inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance reports
- Assign, track, and ensure timely completion of all work orders
- Monitor technician performance to maintain quality and efficiency standards
- Establish daily priorities and maintain a shared workflow schedule for maintenance staff
- Coordinate project timelines and daily operational needs across departments
- Supervise maintenance personnel, including scheduling, overtime management, timecard review, and payroll approval
- Develop and update maintenance policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Train staff on safety standards, tools, service expectations, and organizational requirements
- Ensure required training is completed and documented accurately in Master Control
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for non‑contracted services such as plumbing, waste removal, parking lots, fencing, sprinkler systems, utilities, and more
- Obtain and review project bids to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness
- Assist the Director of Facilities with project cost tracking and operating budget oversight
- Ensure on‑call coverage for emergency response and immediately communicate emergency situations to leadership
- Support building‑related budget management and expense control
- Promote efficient use of resources and responsible stewardship of facilities
- Maintain professional and positive communication with employees, contractors, and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field or 5‑10 years of management/supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, project coordination, and expense control
- Direct, hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver’s license and CDL required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no points or moving violations within the past 3 years
- Ability to respond effectively to urgent and emergency situations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to foster strong working relationships
