Construction Quality Assurance Analyst

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• 6 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring, and controlling construction of all types (horizontal construction preferred) to ensure compliance with contract documents and to ensure use of proper construction materials and techniques. Experience should also include reviewing construction technical data for progress reports, preparing data for processing pay estimates for construction projects, and enforcing construction industry and safety standards on construction projects.
  
  Experience with Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), Construction Quality Management (CQM), EM 385-1-1, and OSHA 30 Construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively solve problems.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing simultaneously, multiple projects with independent schedules and budgets.
