Spencer Construction is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate a Compactor on road and site work. You will perform routine safety checks, maintain equipment, and coordinate with team to keep projects moving.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, be able to travel to multiple job sites/states, and contribute to a culture built on safety and reliability. Base pay is $29.60 per hour.
