We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in‑home therapy for pediatric patients in Del Rio
. You'll assess and implement personalized plans that promote mobility, strength, and independence in children at various developmental stages.

• PRN:
  Flexible scheduling
• Part‑Time: 12‑24 visits/week
• Full‑Time: 25+ visits/week
• Daytime and after‑school hours available

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence‑based interventions to improve motor skills and mobility.
• Educate families on home exercises and safe movement strategies.
• Accurately document sessions, progress, and care updates.
• Participate in care planning and team collaboration.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
