La Vida Serena Nursing in Texas is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join an in-house rehab team. You will perform physician-ordered PT treatments, assist the supervising Physical Therapist, and support residents to improve mobility and quality of life.
You will document patient progress, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and help educate patients and families. Prior SNF experience is preferred;
Net Health experience is a plus.
