Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000
Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

PTO: 10–20 days + 6 paid holidays
What You’ll DoProvide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings
Conduct assessments and support care planning
Collaborate with psychiatric providers
ScheduleMonday–Friday, daytime hours
On-site (non-remote)
Job Requirements What We’re Looking ForActive and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT in State applying for.
Effective oral and written communication in English and in Spanish
Eligible for Level II background screening
Strong communication and independent work ethic
Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset
