IT Systems Analyst II​/III; Change Management – Change Manager

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.

• Analyze changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and prepare documentation necessary for change
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting
• Review released engineering change data and documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies
• Coordinate change and incident management among AFIN operators, receiving calls, processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed in a timely manner

• Requires a bachelor's degree, or 2-4 years of related experience

• Required:
  
  IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA
  - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist
  - Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist
  - Direct, Plan, and Improve

• Required:
  
  TS/SCI

• Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required
