The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans.

• Assist resident in customary daily requirements and tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, caring of hair and nails, moving residents from one area to another, and responding to calls.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions and needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to Charge Nurse.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long‑term care facility is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Lifting 1‑25 lbs – Rarely or Frequently.
• Lifting 25‑50 lbs – Occasionally or Frequently.
• Lifting 50+ lbs – Occasionally or Frequently.
• Carrying 1‑25 lbs – Rarely or Frequently.
• Carrying 25‑50 lbs – Occasionally or Frequently.
• Carrying 50+ lbs – Occasionally or Frequently.
• Other activities – Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, driving, balancing, stooping/kneeling, crouching/crawling, reaching, hearing/listening, seeing, turning/twisting/leaning.
