• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; conditions may vary by location.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Fair consideration of criminal histories under applicable laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment, within legal limits.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
