We are seeking an In-Home Installation and Health Technician responsible for delivering, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting consumer electronics such as home theater, smart home, computing, and health devices.
Key duties include providing a seamless customer experience through product advice, performing installations, networking, troubleshooting, and supporting health technology installations in compliance with HIPAA and health standards. The role involves collaborating with team members, managing inventory, and ensuring safety protocols.
Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, possessing a valid driver’s license, and having 2 years of consumer electronics experience along with 1 year of customer service. Preferred experience includes working with advanced or complex electronics. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently or 150 pounds with assistance is required.
