The Cycle Counting Lead supports inventory accuracy and operational reliability by coordinating cycle counting activities and maintaining effective inventory control practices within the warehouse environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with warehouse teams in a fast-paced operation. The position supports accurate inventory records through the use of ERP systems, SAP, inventory control software, and standardized cycle counting practices.

• Support and coordinate cycle counting activities within warehouse operations.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records through effective inventory control practices.
• Work with warehouse teams to identify and address inventory discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP systems, SAP, and inventory control software to support inventory management activities.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Windows applications to maintain and analyze inventory information.
• Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing inventory quantities and records.
• Support problem-solving activities related to inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork within the operation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
