Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.;
Maintain armed post readiness, complete accurate activity and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
