Delafield- Sales and Customer Service Representative

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Delafield, WI branch. We offer a stable, family‑owned business environment and a close‑knit team.

• Starting at $19+/hr, with opportunities for weekly incentives

At Naturescape, your day is about more than just answering the phone; it’s about making a real impact. You will start each morning by checking customer emails and voicemails, respond with care, and look for sales opportunities to fulfill customers’ needs and aspirations. You will also help ensure the branch runs smoothly by handling daily mail and, in the winter, reconnecting with customers to prepare for the season ahead.

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)

• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
• Computer and typing skills
• The confidence to try new things and to be willing to learn

You will typically work Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
