Associate Dentist – Delafield, WI

A modern, privately owned dental practice in Delafield is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team. This opportunity is in a well-supported, technology-forward environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential.

The practice operates on a 100% fee-for-service model, allowing providers to focus on quality-driven, patient-centered care. This role offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative team setting.

• $200,000–$400,000 annual earning potential
• Day rate for the first 6 months
• Transition to percentage of production thereafter
• Associate position with partnership potential

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 24–32 hours per week
• Full-time or part-time considered

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays)
• Implant restoration
• Endodontic coordination and specialist referrals as needed

• Modern digital workflow (including CBCT and digital scanning)
• Strong mentorship and clinical support
• Continuing education allowance up to $3,000 annually

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility)
