Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) What You’ll Do
- Build genuine patient relationships
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care

- Work alongside a collaborative, supportive dental team

- Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient care and education
- Comfortable with modern technology
- Reliable, growth-oriented, and motivated
- Starting pay at $48+/hour
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus
- $1,000 loupes reimbursement
- Profit‑sharing opportunities
