We are seeking a Swim Instructor for the Delafield pool at British Swim School. The role involves teaching swimming and water safety skills to preschool and elementary-aged children, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for students and parents, and embodying the school's mission to make the world a safer place.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized training for all instructors.
- Teach life‑saving skills and basic swimming techniques to young children.
- Maintain a safe and engaging pool environment.
- Interact with parents to build trust and communication.
- Follow British Swim School methods and policies.
- Passion for teaching and willingness to learn.
- Experience with children or child‑focused jobs is helpful but not required.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with parents.
- Ability to work with a flexible yet consistent schedule.
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, competitive for the area.
